Problem poker is a consensus-based, gamified technique used to guesstimate the effort required for the solver to achieved a specified result.
How to play Problem Poker?
A product owner reads an agile user story to members of a team during a planning or a backlog refinement session.
Each member of group guesstimate by playing numbered cards face-down to the table, instead of speaking them out loud. The cards are unveiled, and the guesstimate are discussed.
